If the reservation is canceled by guest, regardless of the reasons, the host keeps the advance payment as a cancelation fee. If the reservation is canceled by the host, the advance payment is returned to the guest. Moreover, the host shall make all reasonable efforts to arrange appropriate alternative accommodation for the guest, in the latter case. If our respected guests feel they might encounter any circumstances that might lead to them canceling their reservation, we advise getting a travel insurance.
